What discount do wholesale partners get?
40% off our listed retail prices, on every product in the range. That applies to your first order and every reorder after it.
What's the minimum order?
Four units to open the account, and four units on any reorder. You can mix products and colours however you like: four towels, or two seats and two pillows, it's all the same to us.
How long does approval take?
We usually review applications within 24 hours. If you've applied and haven't heard back, email us and one of us will chase it up.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship anywhere. Freight is quoted on approval based on where you are and what you've ordered, since a pallet of cabanas is a very different proposition to a box of towels.
Who handles warranty claims from my customers?
We do. Every product carries a 24-month warranty and we'd rather deal with it directly than have you out of pocket.
Can I sell online as well as in store?
Talk to us first. We're happy for stockists to sell through their own website, but not through third-party marketplaces, because it undercuts every other partner including you.
Do you offer exclusivity in my area?
Not by default, but we're a small brand and we're careful about putting two stockists on the same strip. Mention it in your application and we'll be straight with you about who else is nearby.
What support do I get?
Product imagery, care cards and a counter card on orders of 24 units or more. Beyond that you have our email and we answer it ourselves.
