Refund and Returns Policy
We do not offer refunds for change of mind under our Refund Policy. However, if for any of your goods meet any of the following criteria, we will exchange it with a product of the same value. These criteria are;
1. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it straight away.
2. Missing or incomplete
If parts of your order are missing or the product you received is incomplete.
We will cover the shipping costs involved with exchanging incorrect or damaged goods as part of this policy. Please do not dispose of the item(s) until we have exchanged it.
The benefits provided to you under this policy are in addition to other rights and remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Under such law you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.
If you wish to apply for a refund then please take a photo of the issue and contact us within 30 days of the receiving your goods, so that we may exchange it for the correct product. When contacting us for this claim please provide the following:
- Name
- Product details
- Proof of Purchase
- Details of the issue
We reserve the right to request the product be sent back whether it is damaged or you received the wrong item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refund Processing
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
Exchanges
If you would like to apply for an exchange please contact: hello@saltyseats.com
To process an exchange you will be required to cover the return postage. Once we have received and checked the goods, we will cover postage back to your chosen address with the new product. (Note: as a small business and due to the size of our goods we are unable to fully cover the cost of all exchange postage, thank you for your understanding)
From receipt of your order we allow 14 days for you to apply for an exchange. We cannot accept a product back that has been used, damaged or compromised in anyway and is therefore unsuitable for resale. We therefore reserve the right to disapprove an exchange.
